What
is Ag Star Services about?
As
of May 7th, 1999 Ag Star Services, Inc. entered into an
agreement with DICKEY-john™ Corporation to become their
independent Authorized Service Center in the United States
and Canada.
Ag Star Services has been designated by DICKEY-john and
USDA/GIPSA/FGIS as an authorized service and calibration
vendor for instruments used in the official grading network.
DICKEY-john
has provided Ag Star Services with in-depth service training,
test equipment, software and test instructions to repair
or calibrate the following products:

its establishment Ag Star’s goal has been to provide
the best technical service and support to customers using
the DICKEY-john grain moisture tester equipment line.

Calibration and Preventative Maintenance
We feel
the best investment you'll ever make in your grain operation is
the yearly calibration of your grain moisture meter. The calibration
process accounts for the normal drift and changes in your instrument.
We calibrate your instrument to factory and GIPSA standards then
run grain samples to confirm that your unit will provide the most
accurate and fairest test possible.

Free Loaner Grain Moisture Meter
Ag Star
will provide a free loaner upon request (subject to availability)
while your unit is being calibrated. Customer pays any shipping
costs associated with the loaner unit.

Service Request
We urge
you to consider the yearly calibration of your grain moisture meter.
It's an investment, not an expense. Please call us for current rates
at 1-877-856-0060. To have your DICKEY-john grain moisture meter
calibrated.
Loaners are available free of charge excluding any freight charges
associated with the transfer of your unit to and from your facility.
For your convenience, we can coordinate United Parcel Service (UPS)
to handle all aspects of delivering and returning your meter and/or
our loaner equipment.
